Here, with his precise hand, Eloi Spinnler dares combinations: cuisine from producers, original French recipes, touches from here and elsewhere. His triptych technique (in homage to Bernard Loiseau), works three flavors, no more, in order to restore the taste to its full essence.
On the Bistro side, our proud little plates are multiply on the table and offer unique blends, to share… for yourself.
On the Speakeasy side, we appreciate the seven-step tasting menu in a confidential setting… hidden behind the stoves.

On the Bistro side, in the evening and for weekend lunches, come and enjoy our sharing plates centered around the 5 themes of Orgueil: products, vegetables, sea, meat, and sweets. During weekday lunches, indulge in our lunch menu.
On the Speakeasy side, enjoy our immersive experience every evening at 8 PM with a 7-course tasting menu in our hidden space behind the kitchen. We also welcome you for lunch from Thursday to Sunday with a 5-course menu.
